That's where I believe I bring value.

When I'm representing a buyer, I'm looking beyond the house itself. I'm thinking about value, condition, location, future resale, negotiation, and whether the property actually makes sense for that client's goals.

When I'm representing a seller, I believe the strategy begins long before the sign goes in the yard.

Marketing matters.

Understanding the competition matters.

And perhaps most importantly, having a plan matters.

My goal is never simply to put a property on the market.
